Dear Parents, Coaches and Spectators, We would like to remind you once again about the code of ethics that you signed when registering your child to play with the Rincon Recreation Department.  Unsportsmanlike attitudes will NOT be tolerated toward players, coaches, official or any rec staff member.  Foul language at anytime will also NOT be tolerated.   If you are seen acting in this manner you will be asked to leave the park and serve a game suspension.  After the second violation, you will be banned from the park for the remainder of that season in progress. Remember it takes effort on everyone’s part in order to provide a safe and healthy environment for the youth in our community.  You must be willing to put the emotional and physical well being of the players and kids ahead of any personal desire to win. You should always provide nothing but positive support to all involved in the game. RAIDERS ON FIRE !!

The Rincon Raiders left Bluffton, South Carolina last Saturday with another huge victory and tons of confidence as they prepare for their final regular season game this coming Saturday against undefeated Fort Stewart! The excitement of the players, coaches and fans continues to grow as the Raiders have won their past two games by a combined score of 82-0 ! A two game winning streak by a combined score of 82-0 is impressive in any situation, however, the Raiders have done it by allowing only one first down in the last ten quarters of game play! “Our defense has been very impressive throughout the season, whenever they are put to the test they respond, as you can see clearly by the result of the last two games!” says Head Coach Phillip Scholl As the Raiders prepare to face the first place team from Fort Stewart they understand that they must bring their best effort on both sides of the ball. Recently, the Raiders have shown some versatility on offense by completing multiple passes and using a variety of running backs to dominate their opponents. Rincon Raiders – Opening Day, 2013

On September 7th, 2013 in Bloomingdale GA the Rincon Raiders dominated Fort Stewart 22-0 in one half of football to open up the season! The Raiders opened the game with excellent blocking allowing Jordan Dorsey to get outside for an 70 yard touchdown run. The Raiders defense followed with a great effort forcing two turnovers in the next two series. The Raiders offense continued to dominate with excellent blocking, allowing additional touchdown runs by Ashley Thompson and Payton Scholl. After the game coach Phillip Scholl explained “The key to our season is the offensive and defensive line, without their tough and physical play our backs will not be able to succeed, as they did today”.
