2013 Scarecrow – United Way Effingham

With the theme of our 2013 United Way Fundraising Campaign being “Your have the POWER to make our community great!” you will find our POWER RAI$ER Scarecrows displayed with the Ogre (representing all of the negatives in the community – homelessness, hunger, unemployment, etc)…..United Way – through the efforts of our Power Rai$ers will help to remove many of the problems our neighbors struggle with.
